Position Summary:

Lead Full Stack Developer

HRMS web and mobile solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design:

Define, design, and implement scalable and secure SaaS architectures.
Establish technical standards, design patterns, and best practices.

Backend Engineering (Core Java):

Lead the development of backend services using
Core Java
,
RESTful APIs
, and
microservices architecture
.
Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of the backend systems.

Database Design & Optimization:

Design and maintain relational database schemas using
MySQL
.
Optimize complex queries and ensure data integrity and reliability.

Frontend & Mobile Development:

Build responsive web applications using
Angular
.
Develop cross-platform mobile applications using the
Ionic Framework
.

Technical Leadership & Team Management:

Guide and mentor a team of developers and QA engineers.
Oversee code reviews, enforce development standards, and support career growth within the team.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps (AWS):

Deploy and manage applications on
AWS

Monitor system health, manage CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with
Core Java

Proficient in
Angular

Expertise in

Hands-on experience with
