Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Team Leader at Infor Data Fabric development team, you will be responsible for leading a team and working on a cloud data storage and query platform that can store petabytes of data and provide rapid query and analytics capabilities. You will work on integrating the platform with Infor Data Lake and ensure secure cloud data storage for thousands of customers in real-time. Your role will involve all aspects of software development with opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team and guide them in delivering high-quality software - Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts in an agile development team - Define tasks and priorities for the team to ensure clear direction and support - Foster collaboration, communication, knowledge sharing, and growth within the team - Mentor and support colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the team Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience with extensive Java development and Spring framework - Experience in Web Services development including RESTful APIs and SaaS - Strong understanding and practice of unit-testing in development - Proficiency in Java development tooling such as Java 17+ SDK, Git, Maven, Gradle - Familiarity with contemporary SDLC practices like Git Flow, merge requests, code review, CICD - Preferred qualifications include knowledge of AWS cloud services, SQL, GraphQL, Kotlin, Scala, Python, SOLID programming, pair programming, Kubernetes deployment, Docker images, and AWS CLI Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products, providing industry-specific solutions that prioritize user experience, data science, and seamless integration.
