Lead Java Developer

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have over 8 years of experience in full stack/backend engineering, particularly with Java and related technologies. It would be advantageous if you have worked with technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, and Aerospike. A strong expertise in Java is essential, along with hands-on experience with Microservices architecture. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration is crucial. You should also have a deep understanding of API security principles and implementation. Experience with Cloud Services like AWS, Google, or Azure is mandatory. Additionally, possessing a developer-first mindset is key, as you will be advocating for an inclusive experience for all potential user groups. Attention to detail is paramount in this role, as well as a collaborative attitude. Building products that drive adoption requires effective teamwork and customer engagement. Having experience with Open Shift and Quarkus, knowledge of Redis and ELK stack, familiarity with cloud platforms, understanding of Clean Architecture principles, and experience in building APIs and financial services would be highly beneficial.
