Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team across the full software development lifecycle.
• Lead API design and development, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and scalability. • Make architectural decisions and define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. • Collaborate closely with clients, product owners/business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Clearly articulate technical concepts, risks, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. • Mentor and coach team members through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving. • Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies. • Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution. • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies and frameworks.
