Job Purpose

&aposto oversee the planning, implementation, and management of an organization&aposs technology functions, policies, and procedures. The IT Governance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all IT initiatives align with the organization&aposs overall business strategy and objectives. They also ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT governance, risk management, and compliance management. Additionally, the IT Governance Lead works closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT investments to achieve maximum value and deliver effective business outcomesRoles & Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing IT governance policies and procedures to ensure that IT projects are completed successfully and efficiently.
• Conducting audits and assessments to identify any potential risks and vulnerabilities and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
• Ensuring that all IT-related compliance requirements are met.
• Managing communication and collaboration between IT and other departments within the organization.
• Leading and managing the IT governance team and providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are performing to the best of their abilities.
• Continuously monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of IT governance policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that IT initiatives align with overall business objectives.

• Strong communication skills, self-driven, motivated, proactive approach and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to guide, mentor and manage a talent pool of Business Analysts.
  

Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.

Experience:

10 to 18 Years.
