Lead Interior Designer - Office/Commercial Space

Job Title:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality workspace designs.
  
• Plan and execute layouts for offices, co-working spaces, and corporate environments.
  
• Develop and maintain

  design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards

  for interiors.
• Create

  3D models, renderings, floor plans, and mood boards

  for client and internal review.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and business needs.
  
• Manage

  vendors, contractors, and procurement

  for furniture, materials, and installations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and comply with

  local building codes, safety, and accessibility standards

  .
• Stay updated on

  industry trends, workplace strategies, and innovative office design solutions

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in office or commercial interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  office, co-working, or corporate space designs

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

  .
• Knowledge of

  ergonomic furniture, lighting, acoustics, and sustainable design practices

  .
• Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills.
  
• Understanding of

  coworking layouts, hot desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative areas

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  building regulations, fire safety, and accessibility standards

  .

Preferred:

• Experience in

  coworking or real estate-related office design

  .
• Knowledge of front-end design tools for

  digital-physical integration

  is a bonus.
