Role Overview: You will hold a crucial position as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Infrastructure Platforms team at JPMorganChase. Qualification Required: - Formal training or certification in network engineering concepts with at least 5 years of applied experience. - Proficiency in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) or a comparable access-control system, with hands-on experience in large-scale implementations. - Successful delivery of vendor products, managing the process from initial design to production deployment. - Strong skills in Linux, network engineering, and security, with experience in vendor products like Cisco, Arista, Juniper, F5, Checkpoint, or Fortinet. - Possession and maintenance of network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE. - Evaluation, testing, and integration of third-party tools and applications to ensure seamless, reliable, and highly available end-to-end customer service. - Review and enhancement of existing tools for improved performance and functionality. - Customer onboarding support for new products, including documentation and training for engineering teams, customers, and end-users. - Development and automation of software solutions using high-level programming languages like Python and Bash scripting, along with tools such as Ansible.
