Lead Implementation CDO - AVP/DVP Level - Mumbai

Looking for -

1. 12-15 years of work experience in implementing large scale IT projects; experience into software product development would be added advantage
2. Strong hold on Program/Project Management/Stakeholder management; expertise on Project Management tools; Hold on written/oral communication
3. BE/B.tech computer science/information technology + MBA

• Techno-functional expertise - Either from banking, or experience in implementing systems in CDO Functions - Data Privacy, Data Governance, and Data Compliance
• CDO Function tools - Experience in Implementation of tools such as Microsoft Purview or other such DLP tools, Consent Management Solution, Alation, Collibra and/or other such Data Governance, Discovery, Lineage tools; Implementation of Tokenisation, Data Encryption, etc. at large scale
• Experience in Banking + CDO function tool exposure is ideal
• Experience in implementing cloud solutions is must

Job Purpose:

• Implementation of CDO Key function areas like CDQ, Reference Master, MDM, Data Privacy, Data Governance. • Development and Implement the Cloud Applications by identifying the capabilities and enhancements to meet client-driven needs, leverage market opportunities, counter competitive threats, and comply with regulatory requirements. • Ensure Ecif program all technical integration, Testing and new functionality got built • Work with Retail, Corporates, SMEs and Fintech partners to implement and or co-develop cloud applications for the banks business, with particular emphasis on multi cloud environments and multiple cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, GCP, understanding competitive landscape, and prioritizing projects based on client impact • Engaging key stakeholders, to align priorities, and agree tasks necessary for the successful development and deployment of project deliverables. • Co-ordinate readiness and deployment of new developments with functional partners in Implementations for Datalake, Marketing, BIU, Risk and Compliance • Prepare regular updates regarding the progress of development deliverables to PMO and management committees, and other product and project specific committees • Contribute to and support the creation of client-facing and internal collateral to explain the benefits of new products and enhancements • Conceptualize, architect, engineer and implement new solutions, including migrations from legacy interfaces to next generation interfaces like restful function as a services etc • Impact Analysis for new enhancements raised by functional teams to reduce IT risks • Study interfaces and providing consulting inputs for remediation and include changes if any interfaces

Job Responsibilities(JR) :

• Strong hands on experience on SQL, Databricks queries, Oracle Database, MS Sql, Integration of with API
• Strong Experience in Informatica CDQ,Reference Master and ETL,MDM
• Experience in Kakfa ,Golden Gate, Shell Script
• Hands on experience in Azure tech stack like ADLS, Synopsis, Pubsub etc
• Architectural, Design and Solutioning of Workflows, various tools in Cloud Environment
• Implementation of Data Privacy, Consent Management
• 9CR Customer Data Migration (Tranches) in Pre prod and Prod
• Provide all data required for various analysis during Testing phases and support Sangam, DataLake and other vendors
• Fixing of Issues on each run
• UAT Observation and Closer
• Incremental, Exception, Lineage, Control Tower functionality built
• ISG approval
• Control function closer for Go live of CDQ
• Production CDQ Platform Set up
• Integration of CDQ with peripheral System
• Reference Master Implementation for 41 Master and its integration with CDQ and Sangam
• Integration of workflow tool with CDQ Exception Layer and Replay mechanism
• Real time integration of Source data with CDQ Layer
• Go live of CDQ
• Resources Consumption, Pricing, cost of CDQ in Data Lake
• Remediation as and when required
• Ensure all platforms, Jobs, health check etc in tact with CDO SLA

Educational Qualifications:

• Science Graduate, Postgraduate, BE, MCA with more than 7 + years of experience
• Data engineer / Data science certification in MS Azure, AWS, Oracle
• Strong self-starter - can work independently with minimal supervision.
