Job Description

As a Lead II specializing in SAP ABAP, ECC to S4 Hana Migration, you will be responsible for leveraging your 7-9 years of technical experience in SAP ABAP development. Your role will involve showcasing strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a solid expertise in RICEF objects, which includes Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms. Your deep understanding of upgrade processes, including SPDD, SPAU, SPAU_ENH, and related activities, will be crucial for the successful execution of migration projects. You must excel in custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA, demonstrating your ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. Your proficiency in debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skills will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the migration process. While not mandatory, exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects will be advantageous. Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData services, along with familiarity with clean core and SAP BTP extension concepts, will further enhance your capabilities in this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, especially when collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Your expertise in ABAP, BADI, Idocs, and Oops will be key assets that you will leverage to drive successful SAP migration projects.
