Job Description

Job Title : SAP RTR Consultant (CO) Consultant Hiring Location : Bengaluru, India Experience Range : 8 to 12 years Responsibilities: Take ownership of the design of RICEF objects, including detailed design documents, development, and unit testing (black box and white box). Complete and document System Integration Testing (SIT) for assigned areas. Manage and ensure successful cutover and migration for designated areas. Lead the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Address Hypercare incidents and manage Business-as-Usual (BAU) transfer. Proven ability to interact effectively with functional teams at different organizational levels. Work across business units, demonstrate strong teamwork, and maintain a collaborative environment. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of experience as an SAP FI CO Functional Consultant. Expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) module. Solid understanding of all FICO modules in SAP S/4 HANA. Proficiency in cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, Material Ledger, and profitability analysis (COPA). Experience with integration of the FI module with SD, MM CO. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Central Finance (CFIN) is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience with at least two end-to-end implementation of FI/CO processes in SAP. Work experience with S/4 HANA Simple Finance and Central Finance. Ability to work in multi-location projects and handle multiple reporting hierarchies. Hands-on experience in managing interfaces, RTR customizations, etc. Experience in scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, and testing. Strong oral and written communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills: S/4 Hana Certification. Knowledge of AO Fiori Reporting Tools. Experience in Account Based Profitability Analysis, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (MTO, MTS, Actual Costing).
