Lead I - UX Design

As a User Experience Lead at UST, you are expected to have a disruptive approach to design that combines empathy for users with a deep understanding of business requirements. Your role will involve quick visioning and lateral thinking, along with the ability to articulate design effectively. Your openness and flexibility to appreciate ideas from various sources will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Create and lead design engagement with UX Strategy, Conceptualization, User Journeys, Information Architecture, Prototyping & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions - Identify opportunities to create business value and enhance user experience based on user research - Collaborate with design leads, strategists, and researchers to achieve project and business objectives - Develop user profiles, conduct task analysis, create user scenarios, and navigate smoothly through ambiguity - Lead the development of personas/segmentations based on research findings and integrate them with related deliverables - Estimate, plan, and lead tracks of creative work/projects, track progress, and conduct design reviews and creative status meetings - Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure design implementation meets UST's quality standards - Lead participatory design/user testing sessions, present findings & recommendations, and manage operational level client meetings - Inspire, mentor, and support members of the design team Qualifications Required: - Masters/bachelor's degree in design discipline - 5+ years of industry experience - Online portfolio showcasing abilities across a wide range of platforms - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience with rapid prototyping and proficiency with latest design tools and techniques - Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams - Knowledge or experience of working in agile methodology is a plus - Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and familiarity with front-end development/technologies will be advantageous In your career at UST, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues globally, develop skills in a diverse portfolio, design solutions for complex business use cases, and participate in new initiatives and practice development.
