You are a talented and experienced ServiceNow UX/UI Developer with 4 to 9 years of experience seeking to join a dynamic team in Hyderabad. Your role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing ServiceNow portals with a keen eye for detail and strong design skills. You should be able to translate user requirements into functional interfaces effectively. Your must-have skills include a minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design focusing on portal development within the ServiceNow platform. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar is crucial. You should have a strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Good-to-have skills include experience working with the ServiceNow platform, certification in UX/UI design, knowledge of accessibility standards, user research methodologies, and tools, as well as familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your responsibilities will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for ServiceNow portals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting usability testing, establishing UI design standards, and guidelines, and continuously improving the user experience by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
