Your Role Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers, and marketers to define project requirements and objectives. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize and communicate design concepts. Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet both needs and business goals. Ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints of the user journey by defining and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI components. Responsible for understanding project brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces. Work with the product team to seek deeper appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests. Develop understanding of the end users of the web application or mobile application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data) Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstorming Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and data-driven insights to continually improve the user experience. Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate team members on the importance of usability and accessibility. Your Profile Proven experience as UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch Figma or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design. Translating findings into actionable design solutions. Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
