Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist at UST, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out recruiting activities to ensure the acquisition of the best talent. You will work independently to plan and execute recruitment strategies while guiding team members. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with business units and stakeholders to provide high-quality recruiting services to business leaders.
