Job Description

As a Lead HR Business Partner / Talent Management at TATA Electronics, you will be an integral part of a dynamic HR Team responsible for various initiatives focused on talent processes and programs throughout the employee life cycle. Your role will involve supporting the development and execution of talent management programs aimed at enhancing organizational capability through activities such as employee engagement, performance management, and employee, manager, and leadership learning and development. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will analyze insights from employee engagement surveys to drive actions that enhance engagement at both the enterprise level and within specific lines of businesses. You will take ownership of performance management priorities including goal setting, annual reviews, calibrations, and promotion guidelines. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating new hire orientation, overseeing onboarding processes, executing engagement surveys, and recurring programs. Your responsibilities will also include supporting talent review and succession planning processes, developing approaches to performance management, and enabling employees and managers to have meaningful performance, development, and career conversations. You will provide valuable advice and local context to the Talent Management COE on various key programs such as engagement, career development, Inclusion and Diversity, and Well-being. Managing local vendor relationships in alignment with talent management programs will be a crucial aspect of your role. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a reputable institute with 10-15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering/Talent Management, particularly in a fast-paced environment. A core experience of 5-7 years in the Manufacturing sector is essential. You should have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing talent management initiatives, employee experience programs, and engagement strategies. Your expertise should extend to areas such as performance management, employee engagement, talent assessment, high potential talent identification, and leadership development. Strong influencing, consulting, and collaboration skills will be key in building and nurturing relationships, advocating new ideas, and gaining buy-in. An ability to comprehend overarching organizational issues and cater to the diverse needs of different lines of businesses for the implementation of enterprise-wide programs is crucial. A deep understanding of HR Analytics, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and strong project management skills are highly desirable for this role. Your clear and concise verbal and written communication skills will be instrumental in effectively conveying information to various stakeholders. This position is based in HOSUR.
