Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for:

• Generating high-quality leads through

  LinkedIn, email, Upwork, Fiverr

  , or other platforms.
• Understanding client needs and presenting our services effectively.
• Coordinating with our technical team to finalize proposals and close deals.

Compensation

Commission-Only (No Fixed Salary)

You’ll earn a percentage of every confirmed project you bring in.

Commission Structure

• App Development Projects:

  30–35% of the total project value

• Website Development Projects:

  25–30% of the total project value

• Software Testing / QA Projects:

  25–30% of the total project value

Example:

If you bring a project worth ₹1,00,000, you’ll earn between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000

no earning limits

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in

  lead generation or IT/B2B sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of

  software, app, web, or QA services

• Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
