We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generator to bring in clients for app development, website development, and software testing projects. Role Overview You’ll be responsible for: Generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, Fiverr , or other platforms. Understanding client needs and presenting our services effectively. Coordinating with our technical team to finalize proposals and close deals. Compensation 💰 Commission-Only (No Fixed Salary) You’ll earn a percentage of every confirmed project you bring in. Commission Structure App Development Projects: 30–35% of the total project value Website Development Projects: 25–30% of the total project value Software Testing / QA Projects: 25–30% of the total project value 👉 Example: If you bring a project worth ₹1,00,000, you’ll earn between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000 once the client payment is received. 💡 The more clients you bring, the higher your income — with no earning limits .
