Lead Generation Specialist

In this role, you'll be the bridge between marketing, community, and growth leading digital initiatives, building meaningful student connections, and collaborating with international partners to make our brand a trusted name in global education.

What You'll Do

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Craft, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across

    Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn

    , and other platforms.
  • Own every stage of the campaign lifecycle from creative briefing and copywriting to performance tracking and ROI optimization.
  • Continuously A/B test, tweak targeting, and refine funnels to boost conversions and lead quality.

2. Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Generate

    56 high-quality leads daily

    through a mix of paid campaigns, influencer outreach, and student community engagement.
  • Analyze lead behavior and conversion data to keep the funnel flowing smoothly and the results consistently growing.

3. International Student Community Engagement

  • Be the voice of our brand in

    global student communities

    from Reddit and Facebook to WhatsApp and Telegram.
  • Build authentic relationships, share value-driven content, and create referral networks that multiply our reach organically.

4. Offline & Influencer Marketing

  • Execute creative

    on-ground campaigns

    like campus activations, posters, and info sessions through student partners.
  • Collaborate with

    micro-influencers

    and content creators to boost visibility and credibility among student audiences.

5. Global Partnerships & Vendor Collaboration

  • Forge partnerships with

    education agents, student clubs, and regional vendors

    to strengthen outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships from onboarding and collaboration to performance tracking and impact measurement.

6. Analytics, Insights & Strategic Growth

  • Deliver weekly insights on campaign performance, community engagement, and lead quality.
  • Turn data into strategy helping shape long-term growth plans, optimize messaging, and allocate budgets effectively.
  • Contribute to team building and scaling initiatives as growth milestones are achieved.

Who You Are

  • 58 years of experience in

    digital marketing, business development, or education marketing

    with international exposure preferred.
  • Proven track record in

    performance marketing

    across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Experienced in

    partnership building

    with vendors, agents, or outreach agencies.
  • Deep understanding of

    student behavior, global education trends,

    and academic marketing dynamics.
  • Strong command of

    analytics tools

    (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM systems).
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative thinker with hands-on execution power someone who makes ideas happen.
  • Open to working

    full-time from our India office

    (this is an in-office role).
