Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business leads, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting market research. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining an updated database of leads, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in conducting thorough Research
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in using CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
