This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about outreach, highly organized, and eager to grow into a leadership role in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads across multiple sources (databases, platforms, web research, cold calling, etc.).
  • Build targeted lists and manage large datasets for outreach campaigns.
  • Reach out and connect with business decision-makers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can help.
  • Document all customer interactions, insights, and progress in the CRM.
  • Execute and refine the business development process, nurturing prospects through value-based engagement.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor insights, and product/service knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Outreach teams to improve processes and drive growth.

Must-Have Skills

  • Willingness to be part of Presales activities and RFQ response preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Apollo.io

    (core tool).
  • Hands-on experience in

    B2B Lead Generation & Outreach

    .
  • List building, data collection, and web research

    expertise.
  • Data management skills with

    Excel & Google Sheets

    .
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with a proactive and independent work style.

Preferred Experience

  • Tools:

    Hunter.io, Lusha, Snov.io, NeverBounce, ContactOut, Clearbit, RocketReach

  • Knowledge of

    end-to-end business development workflows

  • Experience with

    outreach automations

    and CRM systems.
  • Prior exposure to

    customer success and onboarding processes prefered

    .
