Role Overview:-

As a Lead Generation Intern, you'd need to find and shortlist verified Indian tech job openings (freshers/interns/02 yrs exp) from trusted job platforms, using company conditions and role criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt for junior tech role openings across platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Filter roles based on skills, location, experience level, and date posted to keep the pipeline fresh.
• Add validated roles to the Google sheet and assign quality leads to the outreach team through Monday.com.
• Ensure the outreach team always has relevant, high-quality companies to target.
• Read job descriptions fully to ensure the role actually matches what we can serve
• Maintain & update Google Sheets/Excel trackers to keep data clean, accurate, and up to date.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree business or any related field
• Familiar with Google workspace
• Data management and data interpretation abilities.
• Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
