: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

: 1–2 years in customer support for MassTort Campaign

➤Interview Process:

Telephonic + Virtual (2 rounds)

Role Description

• As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle calls from U.S.-based individuals, ask guided questions, and accurately record their information. • The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and a polite, professional approach.

Preferred

:• Worked on campaigns like Roundup, Hair Relaxer, Camp Lejeune, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of customer support or call center experience• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)• Fluent in English (neutral or U.S. accent preferred)• Prior experience in Mass Tort or U.S. campaigns is a plus.
