Lead Generation Executive

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Company: Shashwatlaxmi Urban Nidhi Limited Location: Old Sangvi, PCMC (Pune) Job Summary:We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential customers and arranging meetings from various open market sources. The executive must build connections with societies, government offices, schools, local bachat ghats (groups), NGOs (especially for women), and other community groups. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through open market visits and field activities. Approach and communicate with: Housing societies Government offices Schools & educational institutions Local bachat ghats (women saving groups) NGOs and women’s self-help groups Arrange and finalize meetings with group leaders, decision makers, or committees. Understand customer needs and introduce company financial products such as FD, RD, MIS, daily deposit, and investment schemes. Maintain daily lead generation records and update the reporting manager. Build long-term relationships with clients and groups. Requirements: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred. Good communication and convincing skills. Self-motivated and confident in field work. Ability to manage meetings and coordinate with group leaders. Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome. Working Style: Open market field role. Target-based work. Should be comfortable travelling locally.
