Job Summary:

Lead Generation Executive (L2)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily

    to potential leads from the provided database.
  • Explain the product/service offerings effectively to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments/meetings for the L1 (field) team with interested and qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in reporting sheets.
  • Coordinate with the L1 team to ensure smooth handover and follow-ups.
  • Provide daily updates and feedback to the supervisor/manager.



Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in [language: English/Hindi/Marathi, etc.].
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results and conversions.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.



Performance Metrics:

  • Daily Call Volume:

    Minimum 50 calls/day

  • Lead Conversion:

    Target conversion ratio to scheduled meetings

  • Daily/Weekly Reporting Accuracy
