Job Description

AI Lead Engineer

Leads the technical implementation of AI solutions, often coordinating and mentoring a team of engineers.
Acts as the technical expert for specific AI/ML projects, ensuring best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
Oversees the end-to-end development lifecycle, including prototyping, R&D, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML systems.
Translates project requirements into actionable engineering tasks, managing risk, resource allocation, and timelines.
Acts as the technical interface between business/product stakeholders and the engineering team.
Drives the adoption of modern engineering workflows (e.g., CI/CD, Agile, cloud deployment).
Leads the team developing a natural language processing system, ensures model performance, mentors staff, oversees best practices, and coordinates cross-functional bug fixes
