Lead Gen AI Specialist

As an AI Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical implementation of AI solutions. This will involve coordinating and mentoring a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery. You will serve as the technical expert for specific AI/ML projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, and performance optimization throughout the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end development process, from prototyping and R&D to deployment and maintenance of AI/ML systems. You will be tasked with translating project requirements into actionable engineering tasks, effectively managing risk, resource allocation, and timelines. Acting as the technical interface between business/product stakeholders and the engineering team, you will facilitate effective communication and collaboration. In addition, you will drive the adoption of modern engineering workflows such as CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud deployment practices. Your leadership will be instrumental in spearheading the development of a natural language processing system, ensuring model performance, mentoring staff, overseeing best practices, and coordinating cross-functional bug fixes. From a technical standpoint, your role will involve deep AI/ML engineering, hands-on coding, optimization, and deployment of AI solutions. As a leader, you will be responsible for team leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful project delivery.
