Lead Functional Consultant, Professional Services

You will be responsible for understanding how the ICI product works and its usage by customers. Working closely with the global customer base, you will address inquiries regarding product features and capabilities. You will engage with customers both on-site and off-site to collaborate on new product enhancements and configuration changes, implementing these changes using your functional skills on customer environments. Your role will also involve providing consultation on product features, reviewing customer implementation, and enhancing customer systems for an improved user experience. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing knowledge base articles and training materials for customers and internal staff to facilitate self-sufficiency. Furthermore, you will provide technical and functional expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members. Ensuring adherence to defined CRM processes to efficiently manage customer requests is crucial, and the role may require travel to customer locations. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 8 years of previous experience in an Application Support/Functional Consultant role. It is essential to have completed at least one full or partial implementation cycle on functional requirements from discovery to delivery. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is mandatory, along with excellent communication and customer handling skills. Exposure to Windows Azure and Cloud Computing is advantageous. A deep understanding of customer support processes and tools is required, with the ability to follow defined processes. You should demonstrate the capability to coordinate, follow up, follow through, and proactively drive issues to closure. Being a good listener and understanding customer requirements are critical, along with the ability to provide innovative workarounds or design solutions to address customer needs.
