Lead Functional Consultant Hybris

As a Lead Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Hybris, your role will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation for the SAP Commerce Cloud platform. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the delivery of scalable e-commerce solutions to contribute your expertise and shape digital commerce projects. Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering and analysis for e-commerce features like product search, order management, and promotions. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with architects and technical leads. - Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment across business owners, project managers, and technical teams. - Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, reviewing deliverables and promoting best practices. - Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional specs and user guides. - Support User Acceptance Testing by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders. - Coordinate integration efforts with SAP ERP, CRM, and third-party services using APIs and middleware. - Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes, including writing epics, user stories, and managing backlogs. Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing site implementations. - At least 2-3 years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP Commerce (Hybris) modules including WCMS, PCM, PIM, and cockpits. - Technical understanding of SAP Hybris platform architecture and security concepts. - Practical experience in B2B and/or B2C e-commerce domains. - Excellent business process and analytical skills with strong problem-solving ability. - Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. - English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. Nice to have: - Experience with Impex data handling in SAP Hybris. - Knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM integration techniques. - Certification in SAP Commerce Cloud or related technologies.,
