Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead for the ConnectMe project at Skewb. As a qualified candidate, you should possess a total of 5 - 7 years of work experience with a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Your expertise should include Object-Oriented analysis and programming techniques, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing web and mobile applications using React and Node.js. We are seeking someone with proven full-stack experience in building enterprise-level applications, showcasing a strong background in Object-Oriented design and development. Your skills should encompass front-end programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, allowing you to seamlessly translate wireframes and UI designs into functional code. It is essential for you to have a good grasp of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures. Proficiency in RESTful APIs is mandatory, along with familiarity with code versioning tools such as GIT or SVN. A solid understanding of Web Standards (XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, APIs, etc.) is crucial for this role. Your technical expertise should also extend to SQL Server and/or MySQL, as well as Microsoft Report Builder for SQL Server. Exposure to Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a definite advantage. Previous experience working in an Agile team environment is a key requirement, as effective communication skills with internal team members and external stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
