Project Manager - Oracle

Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Oracle Fusion and EBS projects to ensure they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Your role will involve developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, risk management frameworks, and mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will lead project status meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. In terms of solution delivery, you will oversee the design, development, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion and EBS modules while ensuring best practices are followed. You will also facilitate data migration and integration between legacy systems and Oracle solutions to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and industry standards. Your responsibilities will also include managing cross-functional teams comprising functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors. Providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members will be essential in ensuring project success. As the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, you will conduct requirement-gathering sessions, present solutions, and manage change requests effectively. Monitoring project progress, creating detailed status reports for leadership and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data security and privacy will also be part of your role. Required Skills and Experience: - Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion (Finance, HCM, SCM) and Oracle EBS modules. - Experience with Oracle upgrades, customizations, and integrations using middleware tools. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus. - Proven ability to manage multiple complex Oracle projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address critical issues in a fast-paced environment. - 8+ years of experience in Oracle implementations, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager. - Hands-on experience in end-to-end lifecycle implementations of both Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.,
