K ey Responsibilities - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into technical requirements - Design and develop full-stack applications that leverage generative AI and other AI technologies - Create functional prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using design thinking methodologies - Integrate with our established systems and enterprise data sources - Build intuitive user interfaces that make AI solutions accessible to non-technical colleagues - Work in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles Required Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in full-stack development - Strong proficiency in modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node. js, Python, Java) - Experience with database design and implementation (SQL and NoSQL) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating with AI services or APIs - Ability to work with established systems and navigate complex enterprise environments - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly Preferred Qualifications - Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures - Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture - Background in UI/UX design principles - Experience with agile development methodologies - Understanding of financial services technology and workflows Personal Attributes - Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguous situations - Scrappy problem-solver who can work with limited resources - Strong communicator who can translate between technical and business languages - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Collaborator who works well in small, close-knit teams - Practical approach to technology that recognizes AI is not a silver bullet - Adaptable and resilient in the face of changing requirements We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
