Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and building web applications and microservices using MERN technologies and Python backend frameworks. Your expertise in FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and database optimization will be essential in delivering scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack and Python backend microservices, building efficient APIs with Python frameworks like FastAPI, leading architecture decisions for both frontend and backend systems, collaborating with UX/UI designers, mentoring junior developers, and managing databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Additionally, you will be deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and participating in Agile development practices. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with proven expertise in Python backend development using FastAPI and Flask. Your deep understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs will be crucial. Familiarity with AWS services, Git, CI/CD tools, and automated testing workflows is also required.
