Lead Full Stack Engineer Architecture

We are a fast-growing B2B tech startup building a complete ERP ecosystem for distribution and wholesale operations. We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer who can understand our entire system, maintain it,.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full architecture of our ERP and B2B platform
• Review, test, and maintain code written by external developers
• Ensure quality, performance, and stability of all modules
• Build and optimize features using Next.js, React, Node.js
• Debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and database
• Improve system structure, architecture, and best practices
• Work closely with product and dev teams for smooth delivery
• Manage deployments, updates, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Strong experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript
• Solid understanding of system architecture and clean code structure
• Ability to handle complex ERP-style workflows
• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills
• Experience working with remote teams and code reviews
• Knowledge of AWS, databases, and API integrations is a plus
