We are a fast-growing B2B tech startup building a complete ERP ecosystem for distribution and wholesale operations. We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer who can understand our entire system, maintain it,. Responsibilities Understand the full architecture of our ERP and B2B platform Review, test, and maintain code written by external developers Ensure quality, performance, and stability of all modules Build and optimize features using Next.js, React, Node.js Debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and database Improve system structure, architecture, and best practices Work closely with product and dev teams for smooth delivery Manage deployments, updates, and technical documentation Requirements Strong experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript Solid understanding of system architecture and clean code structure Ability to handle complex ERP-style workflows Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills Experience working with remote teams and code reviews Knowledge of AWS, databases, and API integrations is a plus If you have the skills to manage and maintain a large-scale system and want to be part of a serious B2B tech build, we’d love to talk Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
