Job Description

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer AEM Developer, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development team, defining architecture, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance digital experiences. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and proficiency in frontend and backend technologies will be essential for the success of the projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Leadership**: - Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust AEM-based web applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and Product Managers. - Mentor junior developers and drive best coding practices and design patterns. - **AEM Development**: - Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. - Configure and manage AEM Author and Publish instances. - Customize and extend OOTB (Out of the Box) AEM features using Sling, JCR, and OSGi. - **Full Stack Engineering**: - Develop responsive and accessible UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). - Implement secure and scalable APIs and services using Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js. - Integrate AEM with third-party services such as analytics, marketing tools, and CRMs. - **CI/CD And DevOps**: - Define and manage build pipelines, version control, and release management using Jenkins, Git, and Docker. - Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks. - **Project Delivery**: - Own technical delivery from estimation to deployment. - Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver projects on-time and within scope. **AEM-Specific Technical Skills & Tools:** - Adobe Experience Manager 6.x (Sites and Assets) - AEM Core Components, Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, OSGi - JCR (Java Content Repository), CRXDE Lite - Dispatcher configuration and AEM security best practices **Backend Skills:** - Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot - RESTful APIs and Microservices - Maven/Gradle build tools **Frontend Skills:** - HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS - JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript - Frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js - Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn **Others:** - Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP - Integration with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud products **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7+ years of full stack development experience, including at least 3+ years working with AEM. - Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Certifications:** - Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Developer or Architect - AWS/Azure Cloud Certification (Optional but advantageous) Please note that the job description was referenced from hirist.tech.
