Lead Full Stack Development

As a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with experience across modern frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on building scalable, high-performance applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Frontend Development:** - Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue. - Implement pixel-perfect UI from Figma/design prototypes. - Optimize applications for performance and SEO. - Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs with frontend components. - Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. - **Backend Development:** - Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Python, Java, or Go. - Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs. - Handle authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO). - Implement microservices architecture when needed. - Write efficient business logic, background workers, and cron tasks. - **Database & Storage:** - Work with SQL & NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch. - Design schemas, optimize queries, and manage migrations. - Apply knowledge of replication, caching, and indexing. - **Cloud & DevOps:** - Deploy applications on AWS, GCP, Azure, or containerized/Dockerized environments. - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). - Manage scalable infrastructure, monitoring, and logging tools. - **Code Quality & Architecture:** - Follow clean coding, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - Write unit, integration, and E2E tests. - Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality standards. - Contribute to system design and performance optimization. - **Collaboration & Delivery:** - Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams. - Break down features into actionable tasks and deliver in Agile sprints. - Document technical specifications and maintain knowledge repositories. **Required Skills:** - **Core Technical Skills:** - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. - Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). - Backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or Go. - Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, WebSockets. - Experience with microservices or serverless architecture. - Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. - Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and version control. - **Additional Skills:** - Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Understanding of cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Firebase, etc.). - Basic knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS). **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 5-7 years of professional full-stack development experience. - Demonstrated experience in building scalable and high-performance applications.
