Lead Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer proficient in the MERN stack and serverless technologies. With a minimum of 6 years of software development experience, you will excel in both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases. Your role will involve leading a team to create scalable, high-quality solutions while adhering to best practices throughout the development lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing scalable backend services using Node.js and serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions. You will also architect and implement front-end solutions using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend services. Designing, implementing, and optimizing both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions is crucial. Conducting code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability will also be part of your duties. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in the MERN stack, serverless architectures, and cloud platforms. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, offering technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. As for the requirements, we seek a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, specifically in the MERN stack. Leadership skills in managing and mentoring development teams are essential.
