Lead Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior UI Developer to assist in the development and delivery of enterprise digital client platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, implementing, and managing technology platforms in the client onboarding/lifecycle management areas. You will also need to apply a broad range of full stack development, security, reliability, and integration technologies on the Azure platform to ensure the team delivers a robust and scalable platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating with various foundational platforms to provide a seamless experience for clients and advisors. You will be part of the Smart Technologies & Advanced Analytics Team (STAAT) under the Wealth Management Americas (WMA) Technology group, working on a portfolio of applications used by Financial Advisors and Team Administrators. STAAT leverages AI to detect client needs from email communications, providing relevant insights and content in real-time. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You should have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and software engineering, particularly with JavaScript, ES6, React JS, Redux, and JSX. Experience with frontend development tools and technologies, architecture styles/APIs, and version control systems is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills are also required.
