Lead Front-End Engineer

As a Lead Front-End Engineer in the AI Division, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge interfaces for AI-powered products and platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and maintenance of front-end applications for AI-driven platforms. - Building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and TypeScript. - Collaborating with product managers, backend engineers, and data scientists to deliver seamless solutions. - Translating UX/UI designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect code. - Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, adhering to accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) standards. - Implementing best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. - Driving front-end architecture and technology decisions across multiple projects. - Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, establishing coding standards, and conducting code reviews. - Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end and web technologies. Qualifications required for this role are: - Educational: - Bachelors degree with at least 7 years of experience, or - Masters degree with at least 4 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Technical skills that are essential for this role include: - Proven expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Experience building large-scale front-end applications with reusable, modular components. - Strong knowledge of state management frameworks (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend/AI services. - Proficiency with front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. - Experience with modern UI libraries/frameworks (Material-UI, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui). - Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Knowledge of cloud deployment and containerized environments (Docker) is a plus. - Understanding of secure coding practices for front-end applications.
