Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Lead Filtering and Qualification Department Executive to handle first-level inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on call filtering, lead screening, and basic information gathering, before transferring calls to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and answer inbound calls.
• Filter and qualify calls by identifying genuine leads.
• Gather and record basic information from callers.
• Transfer qualified calls to the appropriate department/senior counsellors.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
• Ensure professional communication and represent the company positively.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Prior tele calling or BPO/voice process experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
• Confident, polite, and patient phone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
