1. Identify the hiring needs of client requirements and develop a talent pipeline for all the requirments
2. Responsible for filling existing and new vacancies across management bungalows, guest houses, corporate offices and all other client locations within agreed timeline
3. Develop and manager vendor relationhips and local sourcing partners to support mass or niche hiring needs
4.Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding , ensuring high engagements and conversion
5. Responsible for training of personnel to ensure employees are well-equipped to meet the standards especially for management bungalows, guest house and corporate office
6. Responsible to monitor performance of all deployed resources across management bungalows, guest houses and corporate offices
7. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively reduce employee attrition across management bungalows, guest houses, and corporate offices
