Job Description

Design and develop scalable architecture using Java and Kotlin.
Ensure solution production readiness, deployability, scalability, and resilience.
Plan and deliver work within the team.
Promote a learning culture through mentoring and coaching.
Foster a culture of observability across teams to improve stability and performance.
Drive monitoring work based on organizational philosophy.
Identify vulnerabilities in software and create logic to detect malicious behavior.
Evaluate options, define pros and cons, and identify the best option.
Provide technical guidance and cultivate solutions for complex problems.
Educate the team about competitor and technology company technologies and guide them in anticipating future use cases to make design decisions that minimize future changes costs.
Responsible for ensuring product security and fostering a security-first mindset.

Job Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Java/Kotlin development.
Experience with microservices architecture, Spring Boot or Micronaut, and reactive programming.
Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with databases such as NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) and SQL-based (PostgreSQL).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
Proficiency in unit and integration testing using Spock, JUnit, TestContainers, and Selenium.
Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Grafana.
Understanding of event-driven architecture in distributed systems.
Functional programming skills in Kotlin.
Experience designing and integrating GraphQL APIs.
Experience refactoring and modernizing legacy systems.
Knowledge of secure coding principles, OWASP, vulnerability scanning, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
