Exposure in Makino and mazak based machines Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns Diagnosis faults and sound knowledge on Why why analysis Exposure In preparation of corrective and preventive action Prepare action plan for repeated and major breakdowns Knowledge on machine coordinates and measuring systems prepare schedules and execute the monthly and annual preventive maintenance Exposure on TPM pillars knowledge on machine calibration procedures Knowledge on PLC ,omron,siemens,allen bradley Knowledge on fanuc systems pro 5 & 6 Knowledge on siemens 802D 840D Knowledge on Mazatrol system A good team player with excellent problem solving skills Prepare training schedule and execute Exposure on ISO 9001 ,14001 AS9100 Exposure in handling audit and audit related NCR An ability to work well in different shift under pressure Good verbal and written communication skills Supervising contractors engineers and technicians Exposure in machine installation and commissioning Exposure in machine spare inventory management and spares planning Good at change management
