Lead Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer at Nextgen Technology Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing various development projects for global customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality desktop applications using windows-based programming technologies. - Demonstrating strong working experience on C#, Windows Forms / WPF / WCF. - Developing high-performance windows-based N-tiered applications using Microsoft .NET framework, C#, and SQL Server technologies. - Implementing OOP principles, design patterns, and hands-on experience with socket programming (TCP/IP, UDP) and network communication protocols. - Implementing and optimizing network/socket programming solutions for efficient data communication. - Developing and integrating test frameworks to ensure robustness and reliability of software applications. - Utilizing Linux/Mac programming skills for cross-platform development and deployment. - Providing high-level and low-level design specifications for applications, windows services, and databases. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to meet system-level requirements. Qualifications Required: - Full-time Engineering Graduates / Post Graduates (BCA, MCA). - Proven experience of 12+ years in software development, focusing on desktop applications and technologies such as WPF, cross-platform, etc. Nextgen Technology Limited is a UK headquartered company specializing in selling automated and manual testing services, including the SW automation product ATAMConnect.
