Lead Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer at our Bangalore office, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing software applications that meet both business and technical objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing software solutions to tackle complex engineering challenges. - Improving and maintaining existing products for scalability, performance, and reliability. - Collaborating with product management to refine requirements. - Participating in project planning, estimation, and analysis to meet delivery timelines. - Contributing to continuous improvements in the agile software development process. - Fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring alignment with project goals. - Communicating technical concepts and development guidelines effectively. - Providing mentorship and technical leadership to software engineers. - Coordinating with SRE, Cybersecurity, and QA teams to fulfill project commitments. - Writing clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable code in adherence to best practices. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure (PaaS). - Experience with microservices architecture and Azure messaging services. - Understanding of relational and non-relational databases. - Knowledge of testing frameworks like xUnit or JUnit. - Hands-on experience with Git and version control. - Frontend development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams. - Experience in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps. - Self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Desirable Skills: - Familiarity with Azure Active Directory B2C, OAuth, and Federation Services. - Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in software development.,
