Job Description

Who We Are Looking For

A lead engineer who can take ownership of the Lanstitut tech stack, architecture, and delivery.
Someone who enjoys zero to one and early scale stages, and can turn broad product ideas into stable engineering systems.
A hands-on builder who can guide future engineers and bring strong technical direction.

Primary Skills

Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, or equivalent backend frameworks.
Proficiency in ReactJS or modern frontend JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, system design, and cloud deployments.
Strong database skills in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Bonus: familiarity with AI workflows like LLMs, speech to text, or scoring models.
Other modern tech stacks such as Node.js or Typescript are welcome, as long as core engineering fundamentals are strong.
