Job Overview We are seeking a Senior German Faculty member to join our team full-time in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of experience in teaching German. This role requires a deep understanding of the German language and effective teaching methodologies to provide quality education to our students. The faculty member will play a critical role in fostering an engaging learning environment. Qualifications and Skills Fluency in German, with the ability to speak, write, and read the language with proficiency (Mandatory skill). German language expertise, ensuring the capability to teach and explain complex grammatical concepts effectively (Mandatory skill). Proven experience as a German teacher, with at least 7 years in the role of educating various age groups and skill levels. In-depth knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methodologies tailored to language learning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate students effectively. Ability to design curriculum and lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and needs. Commitment to stay updated on new teaching techniques and syllabus changes related to the German language. Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and tools to enhance the learning experience. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive German language courses for students at various levels of proficiency. Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and foster a dynamic learning environment. Evaluate and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback, adapting methods to ensure successful outcomes. Provide individual support and guidance to students to address learning challenges and improve their language skills. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other required documentation. Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate effective teaching strategies and cross-disciplinary projects. Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and academic knowledge. Organize and oversee extracurricular activities such as language workshops or cultural events to enrich the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Training Program Design & Delivery Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on selling language courses and related products. Develop and deliver engaging workshops, presentations, and hands-on coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques, communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Create training manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support ongoing learning and development. 2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with academic teams and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features, updates, and enhancements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align training programs with overall business strategies. Engage with stakeholders to tailor training initiatives that address evolving organizational and market needs. 3. Needs Assessment & Performance Analysis Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) using performance data and feedback. Identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions to address them effectively. Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, sales team performance, and areas requiring improvement. 4. Project Management Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage timelines, track project progress, and ensure successful implementation of training initiatives. 5. Team Leadership & Mentorship Act as a mentor to sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Provide individualized guidance and constructive feedback to promote team growth and success. 6. Customer-Centric Sales Training Train sales representatives to identify customer needs, preferences, and learning goals to offer personalized course recommendations. Promote customer-focused sales approaches to enhance satisfaction and retention. Skills Required: Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Proven experience designing and implementing sales training programs. Familiarity with e-learning platforms, tools, and content development. Willingness to travel as required. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable training strategies.
