Lead Engineer Full Stack

As a Lead Engineer Full Stack, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and modern frameworks. Your primary focus will be integrating cutting-edge technologies in collaboration with the AI team and ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while optimizing applications for speed, performance, and scalability. In addition to hands-on development, you will play a key role in mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the AI team to integrate AI models and algorithms, gathering requirements from cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and security, and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Your expertise in Node.js, React.js, SQL concepts, RESTful API design, cloud services, Git, and modern web development practices will be essential in this role. Knowledge of AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Co-pilot, as well as familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and web application security best practices, will also be beneficial. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a technical leadership role. A B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution in any specialization is required. Experience in leading technical resources and teams, working in a high-paced startup environment, interacting with customers, and mentoring junior developers is preferred.
