Lead Engineer

As the Lead Engineer at Edwisely, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. You will lead a dynamic team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the development of scalable and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of skilled engineers.
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions using React.js and Python. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a unified approach to development.
• Drive innovation within the engineering team, exploring new technologies and methodologies. Collaborate with product management team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• People management

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in React JS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and CSS3.
• At least 1 year of experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Fluency in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django/ Flask. Hands-on experience in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to drive innovation and implement best practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/DevOps.
