Lead Engineer – Advanced Power Systems Engineering

Lead Engineer – Advanced Power Systems Engineering




Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop battery-based power systems
  • Lead 

    BMS integration, validation, and testing

  • Support manufacturing setup, SOPs, and production issues
  • Execute system testing, FAT/SAT, and reliability checks
  • Coordinate with suppliers, QA, and cross-functional teams




Qualifications


  • B.E / B.Tech

     – Electrical / Electronics / EEE / Mechatronics

  • M.Tech preferred

     – Power Electronics / Energy Systems / Embedded

  • 6–12 years experience

     in battery systems & BMS
  • Hands-on experience with 

    Li-ion batteries (LFP / NMC)

  • Familiar with testing standards (IEC / UN 38.3 – preferred)
